Address Information
Because VRS sends your annual tax form, the Retiree News and other important information to you throughout the year, it is important that you provide VRS with your correct address. If you move, complete the following steps:
- Complete a Name/Address Declaration for Retirees (VRS-58)
28kb. - Or, write a letter to VRS to change your home mailing address. Include you name, Social Security number, new address and signature in the letter.
You may use the "Change of Address Request" form furnished by the post office to notify VRS of your address change. Be sure to include your Social Security number and to sign the card.
