Your 2007 Annual Statement Arriving Soon

The 2007 Member Benefit Profile (MBPs), your annual benefit statement, will be shipped to your employer at the end of September. Your employer will distribute your MBP to you.

The MBP shows your service credit, estimated retirement benefit amounts and life insurance benefits. The 2007 MBP is based on information your employer provided to VRS as of June 30, 2007.

When you receive your statement, please review the information carefully. Report anything that appears to be incorrect to your human resource office as soon as possible.

Deferred Member Annual Statements

If you no longer work for a VRS-covered employer but will be eligible for a refund or a retirement benefit in the future, your MBP was mailed to you in August. If you have not received it, notify VRS and include a Name/Address Declaration for Deferred Members (VRS-3A) 74kb if your address has changed.

Get Your MBP Online

Whether you are an active or deferred member, you can download and print a copy of your MBP from myVRS when it is available in late September. myVRS is a secure, online system that shows your current service, contributions and other member information. You also can use your member data to create different benefit estimates and retirement scenarios.
