Update Your Password to Maintain Access to Secure “Partners” Website

Have you received an e-mail message from VRS recently that indicated your password will expire? You may have received this message if you have not changed your password to the secure website VRS uses to exchange sensitive information with employers.
To access sensitive information, log into the site, https://partners.varetire.org, using your employer code as your username. If you've forgotten your password, you may request a new password at the login screen. To maintain the security of this site, which you may have heard called a secure FTP (or SFTP) site, your password must be changed every 90 days. When your password is 80 days old, you will receive an e-mail from VRS that your password for this secure website will expire soon (see the sample reminder e-mail below). It is important that you update your password. This ensures that you maintain access to your account and that VRS can continue to share sensitive information with you.
Please update your password within 11 days of receiving the notice or your access to the secure website will end. Although VRS can recreate your account, it takes a number of days to do so, which may impact your ability to access important information.
If you have more than one employer code, each code has its own secure account and password. You will be prompted to update the password for each separately.
Note: This password change does not affect your myVRS or Web-ER accounts.

We require that passwords be changed every 80 days and your password has now expired. Your "12345" account will not enjoy full access to our system until you sign on with your old credentials and change your password.
Please use the following URL to connect to our system and enter your existing username ("12345") and old password when prompted. You will be required to change your old password to something new immediately after signing on.

If you do not change your password using this procedure in the next 11 days your "12345" account will be automatically suspended and you will not be allowed to change your password using your old credentials.
