Employer Support Team
The Employer Support Team of the VRS Customer Contact Center is dedicated to serving VRS employers. The Employer Support Team is the day-to-day point of contact for information about:
- VRS policies and procedures
- Benefit administration
- Payroll reporting
- Online applications, such as myVRS
- Maintaining and updating authorized employer contacts
- VRS forms and publications
The team is available by phone and e-mail. To reach an Employer Support Team member, send an e-mail to employer-info@varetire.org or call the VRS Customer Contact Center. Dial 1-888-VARETIR (827-3847) and follow the prompts.
