The twice-yearly newsletter for VRS retirees is now available online. Visit the Retiree News site to check out the latest digital edition and more. Here’s what to expect:
- Timely benefit updates and latest news.
- Annual direct deposit schedules.
- Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) updates.
- Inspiring retiree profiles.
As of January 1, 2023, VRS retirees who have registered in myVRS automatically receive Retiree News via email. Those who retired earlier and wish to receive the digital edition can make the switch in myVRS:
- Register or log in to myVRS.
- From the top menu under your name, choose Update Profile.
- Click the Edit link under the Retiree News Preference section.
Note
If you have a registered myVRS account but have not accessed it in 90 days, you will be required to change your password when you log in. If you have not registered your account, it has been locked for your security. To establish your account after it has been locked, call VRS at 888-827-3847.
